What counts as a 'revision' vs. an 'iteration'?
A revision is a small, scoped change made within 7 days of acceptance — copy tweaks, color or spacing fixes, swapping an image, fixing a missing CTA destination. Each project includes one revision round at no extra charge. Anything bigger — a new page, a new feature, an integration with a different tool — is itself a tier-priced job. Same intake flow as the original.
What if my project is bigger than $499?
Tell us in the chat — we'll quote within 24 hours. We don't bid on RFPs or write proposals; we tier the work and quote a flat price. If it's truly bespoke, we'll be honest and point you somewhere better.
What if you misjudge the tier?
We talk about tiers before any work starts. If we think your brief is Standard but you thought Small, you decide — accept the higher tier, narrow the scope to fit Small, or walk away with no charge. We'd rather lose the job than burn a customer with a surprise.
How do payments work?
Each project is split into checkpoints with proportional payments. You approve scope before any money moves; each checkpoint releases its payment only after you accept the deliverable. Stripe handles the actual transactions.
Can I cancel mid-project?
Yes. You only ever pay for checkpoints you've accepted. If a checkpoint is in review and you decide to walk, you keep the funds for that checkpoint. Earlier accepted checkpoints stay paid.
